FloMoTX.com is a “social news” site intended to help residents of Flower Mound, Texas, find news, information and shopping options within the town. The site will organize online information and resources to make it more convenient to access. As the site grows, we want to involve area organizations, businesses and residents to become contributors.

The site was created by Tom Kessler, a Flower Mound resident who has worked as a content programming executive for AOL, Yahoo!, broadcast.com and The Dallas Morning News:

– Served as national editorial director of Digital City/AOL Local, a network of 319 city guides

– Previously ran both Video@AOL and Yahoo! Broadcast

– Managed content operations as Editor and Publisher of Broadcast.com

– As Arts Editor of The Dallas Morning News, he ran the newspaper’s Guide product and all entertainment coverage
